HDS - Main Street Days

One of my all time favorite things to do is volunteer for HDS. HDS stands for Holton's Drive for SIDS. One of my very dear friends Kathy lost her sweet baby boy Holton at 6 mo of age. Ever since her and Shawn have made a vow to raise money and awareness in his name. They have made such an impact on so many and have even worked on changing laws with congress. We volunteered at main st days in Grapevine and were able to raise almost $5000 for working the event! Grade job HDS team.A great time was had by all. This was my first big night out since I had baby Jake.
Lisa looking official in her vest and using her walkie talkie.

Alison looking super cute and 34 weeks pregnant. What a trooper!

Where has the time gone? It seems like yesterday this sweet lil man was born. He has been such a blessing and I have really enjoyed all of the time I have been able to spend with him. When Hunter was born, summer started two week later and it was busy. It has been great to be able to spend some one on one time before all of the craziness starts when the kids get home. I had spent all morning trying to  get a pic of the lil guy and I take him into Ryan and of course he starts to smile for him. I love having the lil guy sleep close, but tonight we are going to have him start sleeping in his crib. He is already drinking 4-5 ounces and sleeping about 4-5 hour stretches at night. This week during tummy time he even lifted his head and rolled over.

This is my FAVORITE picture.
